Louis Carr began his real estate in July 1971 when he joined the long established real estate company, Joseph Charles Learmonth Duffy in their property management division. At the same time he was studying at the WA Institute of Technology (now Curtin University) to become a real estate valuer. He practised as a valuer for 7 years and in April 1981 began his real estate sales career.
For the last 36 years he has specialised in residential sales in Wembley and West Leederville and in that time has negotiated over 1500 property transactions. The secret of his success is simple - sound, well researched market knowledge, time and money invested in self education and being prepared "to go the extra mile" to ensure that his clients receive exceptional service.
In addition, Louis Carr is a strong advocate for community service. Over the last 25 years he has been President and now a Life Member of the City Beach Tee Ball Club, coached his sons' cricket and football teams and is currently a Wembley Ward Councillor at the Town of Cambridge.
