Thank you so much for taking the time to look at our page. If it wasn’t for you guys coming in the door, we wouldn’t have the doors to keep open and we appreciate your awesome ideas and custom.
Appointments and Availability-
Louis currently has a 3-month+ waiting list, which may not seem like much to some but we completely book out days so we can accommodate as many of our regulars as possible.
If you're looking to book an appointment with Louis, the best idea would be to bring in any reference you currently have and we can work together and turn it into a tattoo design you will be proud of forever.
Please don't be disheartened if we can't get you in ASAP as we 100% want to be able to accommodate everyone but sometimes it's not possible.
If for any reason you need to reschedule your appointment we need at least 24 hours notice, then we'll reschedule you onto another day and you will not lose your deposit. Deposits are non-refundable, but if you need to move your appointment just give us a couple days notice and we'll move you and you won't lose your deposit.
If you don't have a deposit in place then your appointment is NOT secure and may be cancelled or given away. A deposit is needed to secure both your time and Louis' time and acts as a contract for both artist and client.
If you don’t show up to your appointment the deposit is lost.
At Set Sail we recommend you use Bepanthen Nappy Care ointment to look after your fresh tattoo.
Please don't use Vaseline, Sudocreme and anything else you can think of that ISN'T tattoo related, these are used to pull foreign bodies from the skin and may affect the colour of the tattoo. After all, Bepanthen is for babies bums, it's a soothing agent and will help with the swelling and the itchiness of a new tattoo.
Once you remove the dressing, you should wash the tattoo gently with warm tap water and pat it dry with a clean tissue. We recommend you use "Simple" soap as there is no harsh chemical
