Mission What can we help you with?

#Weight Loss

When trying to lose weight, choose a diet high in vegetables, fruit, whole grains and beans all of which are healthy vegetarian choices. This is a healthy way to lose weight, also improving cholesterol, blood pressure, blood sugar and other aspects of health.

#Athletes’ New Choice

Many athletes and sport nutritionists regard a plant based diet as optimal for sport performance. However, the Australian Sports Nutrition model is focused on protein mainly from animal sources.

#Healthy Heart

Studies have shown that a low-fat vegetarian diet can reduce the risk of repeated coronary events. A 12 year study showed that people who followed a low fat (<10% of energy) vegetarian diet, as part of a treatment for pre-existing heart disease, had an absence of coronary events.

#Control HBP

The Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension (DASH) Study showed that diets high in fruits and vegetables and low in saturated fat, helped reduce the risk of high blood pressure and assisted with pressure control in hypertensive people.

Chinese dumplings, also known as Jiaozi. A legend goes that dumplings were first invented in the era of the Three Kingdoms, around 225 AD. Jiaozi are one of the major foods eaten during the Chinese New Year, as well as year-round in the northern provinces. They look like the ancient golden ingots (yuan bao) used for money, and the name sounds like the word for the earliest paper money, so serving them is believed to bring prosperity.
Our dumplings are hand made by my mother who uses secret recipes within my mother’s family in Northern China.
