Dulse: a red seaweed, rich in iron, delicious with red meat, spinach and kale.
Kombu: a deep water kelp, rich in iodine and a healthy alternative to salt.
Pepper Dulse: the truffle of the sea! Exquisite peppery, garlic taste, ideal for sprinkling over shellfish or eggs. Available seasonally.
