ME Research UK is a charity which funds scientific (biomedical) investigation into the causes, consequences and treatment of ME/CFS - www.meresearch.org.uk
We have a mission to energise ME research globally.
The aims of ME Research UK are to advance scientific knowledge by funding biomedical research into the causes, consequences and treatment of Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS), and to provide high quality information on all aspects of the disease for a wide range of audiences.
On our Facebook page, we post information about the activities of the charity, fundraising events undertaken by our supporters, recent research into ME/CFS, and anything else we think may be of interest to our supporters. We hope you find it useful, informative and interesting.
If you are holding an event for us, please let us know – and if you've held one, let everyone know how you got on.
We cannot fund research without your help. There are many ways that you can support us and help to fund our biomedical research studies. To learn more and to support us, visit our website which contains a wealth of information and comment.

ME Research UK funds the work of a growing number of scientists in the UK and worldwide, whose research covers several different areas of interest. To date, we have invested over £1million to support biomedical research, and the details of these and other projects, including the resulting scientific papers, can be found on the research pages of our website - www.meresearch.org.uk
Our bi-annual 'Breakthrough' magazine provides invaluable comment on research into ME/CFS and informs supporters, medical professionals and organisations of our work.
