The raw material of green coffee is bought only according to a approved sample and after a careful examination of delivered samples from our regular suppliers - taking into account both apperance of the beans and roasted coffee sample taste and aroma.
To ensure purchase of high quality green coffee beans and observance of accurate tehnological conditions, a laboratory with state-of-the-art equipment is established. Coffee testings are performed on a regular basis as well as organoleptic analysis.
The company produces natural coffee and develops coffee blends as well as creates customised coffee blends for private label clients.
A variety of blend samples are created at the company's technological laboratory and then delivered to our clients for tasting until complete satisfaction with the most appropriate blend is reached. Coffee production and packaging of the chosen sample then begins.
Sample tasting of each party of coffee samples are conducted at the company’s technological laboratory where the coffee is tested to ensure that it adheres to the client’s chosen sample and to the standards and recipes specified by the company's coffee experts.
