|About||Michael can help homeowners and home buyers with all their mortgage needs ranging from home purchases to refinances.|
Hi, my name is Mike Biales and I am Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist at Delmar Financial Company. I started my business as a mortgage professional with Delmar in December of 2011, but have been in the lending industry for over 10 years.
Prior to joining Delmar, I spent five years of my career on the commercial lending side of the business. During that time I developed a wealth of knowledge in all areas of the finance and banking industry including, but not limited to, financial analysis and real estate. I worked with a wide range of clients including: real estate developers & investors, manufacturers, contractors, small business owners, private clients, and home builders.
Moving from commercial lending to residential was a smooth transition for me and I couldn't be more thankful that I found Delmar. Delmar Financial Co is one of the oldest privately held mortgage companies in St. Louis and has been helping individuals and families through the financial process of home ownership since 1966. Delmar is also family-owned and operated with all funding and underwriting done in-house.
In 2016, I took my business to the next level and became a CMPS (Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist). This highly regarded designation has given me the knowledge and tools to better advise my clients of how their mortgage can impact them financially. Most loan officers only ask questions from the standard loan application. I take a comprehensive consultative approach with my clients to ensure that we are utilizing the right loan strategy to meet their personal and financial goals.
