Who is Mirko?
Mirko is a European trained Executive Chef who was born in Berlin, Germany. He was extensively trained in culinary arts, and worked in Italy, Switzerland, Monaco, Germany and France before coming to the States. During his 35 years in the business, he’s worked in some of the most elegant, exciting and beautiful places in the world.
“A Taste of Europe” is a concept developed over years of studies and working with
ethnic European cuisine. We offer fresh food, cooked from scratch, in authentic ways to bring traditions to your table with Chef Mirko’s personal touch. Mirko’s is a place where you can find not only your favorite Italian food, but also Spanish, German, Greek, Swiss, English, French, and all western European cuisines.
So whatever “mood” you are in there’s something to suit your taste.
