This is a high energy and low impact workout for anyone who is serious about getting fit and losing weight while training the body and the mind.
Trainer Angel Soto designed this cardio workout over years of research and training various clients from Adults, Kids, Athletes, Actors, and Fighters with very positive results.
You can choose from Boxing to Kickboxing workouts that consist of 2 or 3 minute rounds of mitts and pads using techniques that work those trouble areas that we don’t target every day. You will do various exercises targeting the abs, butt, legs, and arms between rounds. You will increase your flexibility, mental focus, coordination, stamina and burn calories!
F.I.S.T. functional, intensity, strength, training is incorporated into the sessions for a Total Body Workout and your trainer will be right there training with you. Personal One on One Training is the way to go for great results and reaching your goals!
