Description Our passion for everything BBQ is rivaled on by our passion for customer satisfaction! We're Joe and Heather Cummings, from Crystal Lake, Illinois. We have over 30 years experience in the service industry, and are eager to provide exceptional service to all of our customers, no matter how small or large your event maybe be!

So the reason you came here, food! Here at Moontime Smokin' Que, it's all about lovin' our food. Low n slow is how we do it. Our meat selections include beef brisket, beef ribs, beef tenderloin, chicken, pulled pork, pork belly, baby back ribs, and St. Louis ribs, just to name a few favorites. Sometimes, we get a lil' crazy and pair these delicious meats with homemade sauces and fresh garnishes in some amazing tacos or sandwiches, taking it to a whole other level! Then we have our signature sides, all made from scratch, with some more love. Our famous warm BBC (bacon bleu cheese) salad is a definitely a crowd pleaser, but don't forget about Grandma's baked beans, cheddar jalapeno cornbread, cool cucumber salad...hungry yet?? We didn't even talk appetizers! Heather's wings are like no other, our armadillo bites will change your life, and you will be craving the smoked salmon pate every Sunday morning after you have tried it. So many options, you'll have to have another party!
