Mission An angel investor or angel (also known as a business angel or informal investor) is an affluent individual who provides capital for a business start-up, usually in exchange for convertible debt or ownership equity. A small but increasing number of angel investors organize themselves into angel groups or angel networks to share research and pool their investment capital, as well as to provide advice to their portfolio companies.[1]Sophisticated angel investors are known as super angels.
Description About

Motor Sound Systems is the innovator of Quadraphonic Exhaust Alternative (QEA), a high powered volume controlled electric exhaust system that delivers an exhilarating new tech toy that gives you the option to change the exhaust sound to various vehicle types. Sounds include luxury sports cars like, Maserati, Lamborghini, Ferrari and more, or muscle car sounds like, Dodge Charger, Ford Mustang, and Pontiac GTO to name a few. Choose between sounds of a powerful luxury sports car or muscle car on the fly with a push of a button at a fraction of the cost of an original high performance exhaust system. QEA works on all vehicle types electric, hybrid, gas or diesel.
Hybrid & Electric Vehicles
QEA meets the requirements of Congress' sound mandate, which all hybrid and electric cars must have by 2014.
Approaching electronic and hybrid vehicles are difficult to detect as they do not rely on traditional gas or diesel-powered engines. In January 2013, the US Department of Transportation’s National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) proposed Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 141, requiring all hybrid and electric vehicles meet minimum sound standards in accordance with the bipartisan Pedestrian Safety Enhancement Act of 2010 pursuant to over 14,000 lost pedestrian lives to hybrid and electric vehicles. The car sound must create an audible awareness of the vehicles presence over a wide range of street and other ambient background noises when the vehicle is traveling under 18 mph.
While the Congressional Bill presents logistical challenges for car dealers, it creates a perfect niche for Motor Sound Systems' unique Quadraphonic Exhaust Alternative as the perfect economical answer to overcome exorbitant dealer re-tooling cost to meet the requirements of the bill. It is also a low-cost solution for existing vehicle owners that may take advantage of the self-installation option.
