Movement Intellect is about celebrating movement. It's about nourishing the body and mind connection. During Pilates classes we'll focus on moving your body in a skilful and functional way that will help improve mobility and strength where you need it most in your daily life. We feel strongly about the fact that mindful movement is a form of meditation. If you join for a specific meditation session the focus is on guiding you through your own experience.
