About I’m Victoria (or Ms Vic!) and I’m a qualified personal trainer and group fitness instructor with over fifteen years of experience.

Description Ms Vics Complete Fitness is Oakleigh’s most popular friendly boutique personal training studio. It’s been at its current premises on Warrigal Road in Oakleigh for over six years. As well as personal training, the studio also has daily classes in Boxing Circuits, Conditioning/Cardio, Tummy Hips Thighs/ Cardio and Circuit. During the warmer months Boot Camps in and around Oakleigh.

As the name suggests, Ms Vics Complete Fitness offers thorough diverse training. People who come and train at Ms Vics Complete Fitness have various goals such as wanting to lose weight, to tone up, or want sports specific training.

Others come because they have been injured, or pregnant and would like supervision so they can still work out. There is also special training program for Older Adults. No matter why they come one thing people always tell Ms Vic is how much better they feel after doing the training or classes.

It’s important that you get the maximum benefit for the time you put in which is what personal training allows you to do. It’s also very important at Ms Vics Complete Fitness that prices are affordable to make it accessible to people. If you would prefer to train in a group but don't have anyone to train with, we can accomodate you.

As well as the serious nature of the studio, there is also a social aspect with everyone. There’s a footy tipping competition, social events and weekend fitness activities. Many people who come to the gym are from the local neighbourhood and have been coming to the studio for years.

Class timetable:
Monday 7pm: Boxing Circuit
Tuesday 6.30pm: Conditioning, Cardio, Abs.
Wednesday 7pm: Boxing Circuit
Thursday 6.30pm: Tummy, Hips, Thighs/Cardio
Saturday 9am: Circuit
