Northeast Florida AIDS Network (NFAN) was established in 1989 as a regional community-based organization responsible for the planning and coordination of HIV/AIDS services in northeast Florida. Today, NFAN is the longest standing community-based AIDS service organization in the area. Our sole purpose is to provide comprehensive HIV/AIDS prevention, care, and advocacy services and programs throughout Duval, Clay, Nassau, and St. Johns counties.
NFAN provides case management services, support groups, and assistance with maintaining safe and stable housing, insurance premiums, and food.
