Our offices and showroom are located at 57 Granville St, Gahanna OH 43230. We operate our real estate, remodel / construction and interiors businesses out of this location - we also have about 4000 sq ft of retail furnishings, tile, carpet, and lighting here as well! We have been in business for nearly 20 years. Neal Hauschild, our founder and Broker, is also a Veteran and an attorney. At Nth Degree, we consider ourselves a "one stop shop" for all things about the home. We have our own construction team who can do most of the work and additionally have access to many local licensed experts when needed. We always offer free in home consultations and our construction pricing is very transparent! Many of our clients use all aspects of our services; finding or prepping to sell their current home, completing any needed renovations, and then adding any needed furnishings through our Interior Design studio!
