Cooking is one of my passions and I have always wanted to share my knowledge of healthy and nutritious food. I come from a family of cooks, own so many cookbooks, (in fact too many) and love experimenting with different recipes.
I did a raw food chef training course with Rene Archner in Auckland and I have also done a number of workshops with Julie Mitsios of Conscious Choice in Sydney. Julie owns Earth to Table Cafe in Sydney.
My goal, along with my friends from "Julia's Edible Weeds" and "Teacher in the Paddock" is to raise awareness of alternative food preparation that is healthy and nutritious.
