This community project aims to support young people and the adults in their lives by teaching skills at an early age to promote good emotional and mental well-being for life.
Taught by Clare, an experienced teacher, complementary therapist and Tai Chi and mindfulness instructor and Sharon, an experienced classroom assistant and youth worker our sessions aim to be light-hearted and fun.
Using physical and mental techniques based on mindfulness, life-coaching and Tai Chi Qigong and a wide range of activities ours is a holistic approach that encourages individuality, creativity and imagination.
