Olinger Crown Hill Mortuary & Cemetery has provided a beautiful setting for memorialization to the Denver community for more than a century. Situated on 240 acres with views of Colorado's majestic Rocky Mountains, the cemetery includes ground property, lawn crypts, mausoleums, bronze memorials and granite monuments.. We offer pre-arrangements and provide valuable preplanning information and tools to help families make the best decisions possible.
Olinger Crown Hill has six distinctive areas for services, including the landmark Tower of Memories, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and features a large chapel and crypt burials. Other areas include the Cremation Garden, Chapel of Peace and the Pavilion of Reflection, located adjacent to the new Garden of Reflection. The Pavilion features open-beam wood architecture, floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, water fountains and fire features, and is perfect for life celebrations, memorials and special events. The Reception Hall accommodates 100 persons, and distinctive catering services are offered as a convenience for families to assist with receptions. Additionally, in 2008 a five-block historic district within the cemetery was listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
Olinger Crown Hill received a prestigious 2008 Pursuit of Excellence Award. Only two percent of funeral homes are recognized annually by the National Funeral Directors Association (NFDA) for their commitment and dedication to excellence. The Pursuit of Excellence Award recognizes NFDA members for their outstanding community service, professional integrity and ethical standards. Criteria for the award include compliance with state and federal regulations, continuing education and staff development, family outreach and support, and professional association service and participation.
