About Omni Compressed Air was established in January of 2004 by Bob O’Dell. Bob, a registered petroleum engineer, had been in Air drilling industry since 1978 with another company he started. He later included Dee Moorhouse who had been in the oil field service industry for 10 yrs and holds an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science specializing in Electronics, Optics and Laser Technology. Then came Bob’s son Ray O’Dell who is a graduate of Texas A&M in Galveston with a Mechanical Marine Engineer degree. When Omni was established Bob retired and the company is now run by his daughter Kathy Rodriguez and Dee Moorhouse. Since its establishment Omni has grown its equipment and services to include; Air drilling packages, foam air units and nitrogen production units. Omni Compressed Air provides its services all over the United States.
The summer of 2017 Omni decided to slightly change the name of their business to Omni Air & Nitrogen. The goal of this name change is to reflect more of what Omni's services are. Omni is still owned by the same people. The company is manged by Kathy Rodriguez and Dee Moorhouse.

Mission The management of Omni Air & Nitrogen considers no phase of operation or administration as being of greater importance than accident prevention. It is the policy of this organization, therefore, to provide and maintain safe and healthful working conditions and to follow operating practices that will safeguard all employees and result in safe working conditions and efficient operation. Safety will take precedence over expediency and shortcuts. Every attempt will be made to reduce the possibility of injuries. Our Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental program (QHSE) is ISNetworld and PEC Premier Safety compliant.

Employee safety is to be the first consideration in operation of the organization. Safe practices on the part of the employees must be part of all operations. Employees must understand their personal responsibility for preventing injuries on and off the job. Accident prevention and efficient operational procedures/activities go hand-in-hand.

Management has established minimum safety rules, which must be understood and followed. Failure to comply with the safety rules or failure to take due care and caution to prevent accidents and injuries will not be tolerated.

Omni Compressed Air, Ltd. has implemented this Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental program and will work diligently to:
