Our family farm is located in Central New York where pasture is plentiful. Our goal is to raise our cattle naturally using the best husbandry practices to provide quality beef for you to enjoy.
Our Black Angus Cattle have been selected for their ability to produce high quality beef. They are never fed antibiotics or given growth hormones. The herd grazes on pasture for three seasons and has a hay based diet in the snowy winter. To yield a delicious beef, our cattle receive a combination of nutrient rich pasture and grain in the last three months.
Our natural beef is processed at a local family owned facility under USDA inspection. The carcasses are dry aged to improve tenderness and flavor. The meat is frozen and vacuum packaged to lock in the quality and freshness.
