Mission We are champions for cats through outreach, action, and partnership.
Every cat deserves a safe community in which to live, wherever they live. We aim to protect and improve cats’ lives through our innovative, cutting-edge programs. We champion for the humane treatment of all cats.
Description Orange Beach Animal Care and Control Program (OBACCP) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization. OBACCP was formed primarily to fund and implement the Trap, Neuter and Return (TNR) project for Orange Beach stray and feral cats. Despite what some may think, TNR is the only proven effective and humane solution for controlling community cat populations. OBACCP will also provide funding for other adverse circumstances involving our Orange Beach animals, providing emergency care for those ill and injured animals recovered by Animal Control where an owner is not identified as well as caring for and boarding animals that have lost their owner until they can be re-homed.
