Description OCPOA was founded in 1927 and remains the oldest law enforcement organization in California. The primary purpose of OCPOA is to provide education and training for peace officers. Additionally, OCPOA sponsors the Tactical Training Center at Sheriff’s Katella Facility and donates to local charities and to Orange County law enforcement officers. OCPOA membership is open to both law enforcement officers and the general public.
