The Oyster & Otter is owned and run by the Neve family from Fleetwood. Joycelyn Neve is at the helm, steering the direction of the restaurant while father Chris Neve focuses on what he does best; sourcing the finest quality produce from shore and land!
Behind the scenes is Head Chef Antony Shirley who has over 15 years experience of creating high quality food from the best produce available.
Together with highly trained and experienced staff, the Oyster & Otter offers a unique dining experience and we aim to become the number one eatery in the region.
