P.T.STE is a personal training business run by myself: Steven Wardle.
I have a first class degree in Sports Studies and Development and Levels 2 and 3 in Personal Training. I am REPs accredited and fully insured through REPs.
I can offer a wide range of personal training services, including personalised exercise programmes, nutritional plans and weight loss advice.
With every new client a ParQ form is required to be filled in and a health assessment is done. I then use a variety of tests including a biological impedance body analysis to establish your short, medium and long term fitness goals. From there I will work out a realistic and achievable plan for you to follow during our training sessions.
