For over 30 years Pacific Associates has provided unemployed and employed job seekers with career development services for job search, career counseling, job placement, employer connections, skill development, and access to job training funds. Much of our work comes from our strong partnership with WorkSource, for which we provide these services to customers of the WorkSource Seattle-King County one-stop employment & training system.
Pacific Associates also employs a team of HR professionals focused on providing services to employers around recruiting and matching candidates from our very large inventory of WorkSource and non-WorkSource customers. Our talent recruiting services range from sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for employers' targeted job requirements to the development of customized recruiting campaigns & events for specific industries and populations. We can also offer On-the-Job Training (OJT) funds to certain employers for hiring and training eligible candidates.
The goals of Pacific Associates are to:
