Welcome! If you're interested in stand up paddle boarding (SUP) or SUP yoga on the South Shore of Boston, then you've come to the right place!
If you've never been paddle boarding or even if you've been before, but never had a lesson, then an Intro to SUP class is what you need. We do a little on-land training and then take it to the water to get you the experience you need to go out on your own. We also offer sunset tours by request.
Combining yoga with standup paddle boarding is a unique way to build body strength, balance and endurance - all while having fun! We bring the meditative practice of yoga and then spice things up by adding the element of an SUP (stand up paddle board).
