Process Painting is a powerful tool for cultivating imagination and bringing us into relationship with the deepest part of ourselves.
To assist painters to recognize and access their unique creative expression as well as to maneuver all the places that stop this from happening: the judge, the one who wants what she wants, the one who tries to control what is happening. This deeper aspect of ALL beings is profoundly wise and will surprise and delight you.
To create is to deeply contact our essential self. In my studio painters frequently face the unknown: the unknown color, image or form. The unknown becomes a portal for the painter to enter the mystery of her own being, to awaken and find a freedom of expression of her own making.
