We are a family owned and operated small batch ice creamery based out of NSW Central Coast. Our aim is to bring mischief and mayhem into your dessert! We offer super premium home-style ice creams in flavours that are just a little left of centre, which is perfect for making that special event just a little more memorable.
We are a wife and husband team (Alyssa really runs the show) running a small batch ice creamery based out of NSW Central Coast.
Basically its out goal to produce premium home style ice cream in some pretty outrageous flavours (whilst listening to loud and obnoxious music). We live by the creed that not all caramel needs to be salted, meat does have its place in dessert and if you can eat it, you can ice cream it.
Our popular flavours include Candied Bacon Maple Syrup, Lemongrass & Saffron, Mango & Hot Sauce and Caramelised white chocolate Vegemite Toast. We thrive off creating one off custom flavours for our customers, so if you have an idea, let us know!
You will find us at markets and foodie festivals across NSW and maybe even VIC.
