At Pâtisserie Angelica we have confidence that you will taste the difference: as our baked goods are pure, fresh and all natural. Our refusal to bow to the industry standard of mixes, pre-made fillings, margarine, hydrogenated shortening, palm oil, preservatives, additives or artificial flavorings is part of this commitment to you. All of our baked goods cakes, fillings and buttercreams are pure butter. Everything we do here is hand crafted in the truest sense – hand mixed, hand piped, hand cut, hand filled, hand dipped; in the old world way.

Our pricing does reflect the use of French, Belgian, Swiss and artisanal chocolates, organic dairy, organic sweet cream butter, organic pastured eggs, organic sugars, organic flour, and sea salt. No shortcuts, no compromises! We are committed to using Sonoma County products in peak season and support our local growers.

At this moment out bakery is 95% Non-GMO and 80% organic. We continue to source to reduce that even more. We are honest and transparent when it comes to our ingredients and process!
