‘I'm not happy with my grade, please can you change it?’ (and other difficult questions)
If only life were so simple! We want to provide the best possible service and give you with as much information as we can, but we have limitations.
We can't answer questions about what topics you should use in your coursework, explain particular points in the specification or give you feedback on your exam or coursework. It wouldn't be fair on other students if we provided this information to individuals and it could bring the standards of our qualifications into question.
We also have joint agreements with other exam boards to ensure that every student is treated equally and fairly. As such, there are rules that we can’t make exceptions for. If you can’t find the information you need about these procedures on our website, give us a call or send us an email.
