Persian cooking is legendary in the realm of Middle Eastern food, and many dishes across that part of the world can trace their roots to Persian precedents. With it’s rich and illustrious backstory, Persian cuisine elevates cooking to a high art!
What really captures us about Persian cuisine is it’s ability to balance ingredients that are rich in flavour so perfectly. Sweet figs, dates or apricots could be married with toasted walnuts, a dash of lemon and just the right amount of pomegranate; often slow cooked for hours in an abundance of aromatic spices such as cinnamon, cardamom and saffron.
This is a taste experience like no other; the subtle flavours you savour with every mouthful are nurturing to the core. We promise you can really taste that our ingredients have been hand picked from fruitful Persian lands, dried in the sun and brought to your very bowl!
