About The PCCTF is a not-for-profit, community based organization, started in 1995.

Mission Develop a monitored plan of action, and facilitate the implementation of various strategies for a healthy and safe community.
Description The PCCTF conducted an initial community assessment in 1996 to determine direction in working with community needs. The top idenitified needs of the community included: alcohol/substance abuse, teen-age pregnancy, juvenile delinquency, declining family values. A second assessment was completed in 2005. The Task Force developed programs/services to address the identified community needs.
Awards Through the years the Task Force has recieved the following credentialing:
1997-Incorporated through the State of Missouri
1998-Recognized as a 501(c) (3) by the Internal Revenue Service
1998-Became a Community 2000 Coalition
2004-Certified through the Department of Mental Health
2005-Credentialed as an Aceess to Recovery Provider
2009-Recieved Service to Science Recognition
