P.H.I.T. brings high intensity work outs to the heart of Glasgow's West End.
Where: The Sanctuary
When: Monday and Wednesday evening, 18:30.
Who: open to all levels of fitness. Classes are structured to give everybody a great work out in a safe environment. All you need to do is be willing to push yourself.
What: P.H.I.T. believes exercising together is better for you. This is backed up by science- endorphin surges created from the evolutionary process of group bonding allow you to exercise harder and leave you feeling great after.
A variety of classes that will help to change your shape, blitz fat and make you stronger, fitter and feel better.
P.H.I.T is run by former professional athletes, with Strength and Conditioning Qualifications, who know what it takes and will help you achieve your goals.
