Piast Meats & Provisions, founded in 1991 by Henry and Maria Rybak, is a family-owned business rooted in the rich culinary heritage of southern Poland, offering over 100 varieties of homemade kielbasa, hams, bacon, cold cuts, and artisan jerky produced in their traditional smokehouses, alongside world-famous handmade pierogi, creating an authentic Old World experience that resonates with the growing trend of reconnecting with locally made foods.
