A 501c3 non-profit community benefits organization serving the community by protecting natural & agricultural land in Placer County. www.placerlandtrust.org
Placer Land Trust works with willing landowners and conservation partners to permanently preserve natural and agricultural lands in Placer County for future generations.
In addition to land preservation, we offer recreational opportunities including docent led hikes, mountain bike rides, trail runs, yoga, and other outdoor activities on our preserves each month. We are also engaged in community outreach and events that benefit the community, such as clean ups, invasive species removal, and trail improvements for recreation (to mention a few). Visit our website to find more information on our hiking schedule, volunteer opportunities, and how you can get involved.
