Ocean-themed foodie spot specialized in customizable poke bowls (& cups!) located in the heart of west village
POKEE is a brand new fast casual restaurant in New York City located in West Village specialized in poke - a beloved hawaiian dish traditionally made with raw fish on a bed of sushi rice and a variety of toppings - steps away from NYU, IFC theater and Washington Square Park. Different from most poke shops in NYC, POKEE sources only the freshest and highest quality ingredients we can find (that means, only fresh, non-frozen tuna, yellow fin tuna, sushi rice, etc.) while maintaining a below average price line. The mastermind behind our five signature poke bowls - Classic Tuna, Rainbow Salmon, Fifty50, Comfort Chicken and Tofu - is the celebrated chef Matthew Redington who was the chef de tournant at the famous Jean-Georges restaurant and the executive sous chef at Jean Georges' Spice Market.
