|Mission||The PVD Lady Project connects, inspires and showcases women doing amazing things in Providence, RI.|
The PVD Lady Project is a non-profit organization based in Providence, Rhode Island. The group hosts bi-monthly events in Providence’s most fabulous places, including The Dorrance, Local 121 and The Providence Athenaeum, where women can connect, get inspired and learn about what other awesome women are doing in the Creative Capital.
Each event benefits a local charity. Past organizations have included the Girl Scouts of RI, Sojourner House, Girls on the Run RI and YWCA of Northern RI.
Events feature the PVD 3x3- three local women of different backgrounds, industries and career levels who share their story in three minutes. Past speakers have included Martha Sheridan (CEO and President of the PWCVB), Audrey McClelland (Mom Generation and Lifetime Moms) and Karen Beebe (owner of Queen of Hearts).
And, of course, there is plenty of time at each event to connect and mingle with your fellow PVD lady!
