Description In 1996 Brenda Davidson, started a private training and development consultancy, specialising in training and assessment in the hospitality industry. Her company, Q Competence Development, delivers a range of City and Guilds programmes to the hospitality and catering industry in southern Africa.

Products We were accredited with CASSTHETA for 16 years, to deliver national qualifications training within the Hospitality Industry. Q Competence has, for the last 8 years, achieved Centre approval from City and Guilds to deliver a range of international hospitality programmes at skills, certificate, diploma and advance diploma levels, in all functional areas.
