Rakitori's ambitiously creative chef, John Kook, is experienced in traditional Japanese and Korean cuisines and is dedicated to meticulously harmonizing ingredients and dishes from both cultures to create nutritious and delicious food for all to share!
Our executive chef/owner is a certified Craftsman Cook in Western and Korean cuisine as well as Breadmaking and boasts over 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry.
