|About||We have a goal to help everyone that wants to learn to run, improve their running or take on a huge new challenge to achieve it with the correct help.|
When I started running I had nobody to turn to for advice. I was morbidly obese and just went out and ran. This meant I learnt the had way, through over training in a fat body, injury, lack of knowledge about slowly building up, decreasing pace etc. I did manage to somehow build my way up to run 3 half marathons and a full marathon along the way and would like to help you achieve whatever running goal you have.
Real Bodies Runners has been formed to help people not learn from their mistakes, but have me help them, plan for them and educate them about how to run, learn to run or train for an event and make sure thy have the tools to do it injury free and most of all experience running for what it can offer you.
We have customised programs for the individual, not a generic online internet program. We have runner specific strength programs included so you will be conditioning the muscles that you will use to prevent injuries from them not being strong enough.
We are also part of the Sole Motive Run Club Rewards Program, so all of my runners will receive discounts at all Sole Motive events, which include Sunset Series, Run the Rock, Run Melbourne, Sandy Point Half, Harvest Run and the Active Tri series.
