Anna joined the Barfoot & Thompson team in early 2007 and when Bob arrived a couple of months later they quickly realised that by combining their knowledge and individual strengths they would have a very succesful partnership and the "A Team" was born.
Anna emigrated from China in 2001, and completed a Bachelor of Business degree in Human Resource Management in Auckland. Anna is a driven, personable and successful salesperson. Her friendliness, quick smile and open manner make her extremely easy to talk to, and her clients feel confident in her caring and honest approach. This sense of comfort is deepened by Anna's meticulous attention to detail. Anna is quick to anticipate her client's needs and ensures that she meets their expectations. She is extremely organised, prepares thoroughly and gathers all necessary information. Anna always puts her clients' needs first, from the initial meeting through to follow up.
Bob makes an immediate impression on clients with his confidence and easy, friendly manner. He is quick to build a rapport with people and he cares about his clients' personal circumstances and is willing to get involved and offer practical advice and help. His clients know him to be open and direct without being pushy, and they value his negotiation skills and advice that works well in their favour. They also know that when he takes on their home, he gives it his full commitment.
Bob and Anna are especially innovative when it comes to marketing strategies and set a definite standard when it comes to open homes. They use flair and creativity to stage amazing open homes that maximise a property's appeal. As a result, they often receive an unusually high turnout to their open homes. And best of all, they employ all these extra touches with no extra costs to their clients.
They have also used their knowledge and skills to create a booklet entitled "The Insider's Guide to Real Estate" which answers buyer's and vendors' frequently asked question
