Rella pizzas are prepared using fresh dough that is risen on the day using mineral water in the production process, then it is cooked to give a crisp and succulent base. we use the finest quality ingredients in all Our pizzas including 100% chicken breast meat, pork ham & pork pepperoni (Not turkey ham).We use expensive high quality Cheese on all our Pizzas and never use cheap analogue cheese at Rella Pizzas. Our Pizzas are cooked for a defined time and temperature using Our Italian imported stone baking pizza Oven.
Pizzas offered are in sizes of, by the slice (Mobile Catering), 9", 12", 14" and 16". Stuffed crust, cheesy bites pizzas, thin crust, Deep pan & unlike many other Pizza takeaways we also offer Stone baked pizzas.
Our Mobile kitchen gives us the option to cater for Shows, Events and Festivals including smaller Functions such as Weddings, Business Launches and private dining Baking freshly made Italian style pizza on your doorstep. Our mobile service Offers pizza by way of 18" pizza slices with a wide range of delicious toppings to suit even the pickiest of eaters.
The management and staff here at Rella Pizzas are committed to providing excellent Customer Service. All Staff are trained to City & Guilds level 2 in Food Safety and to Level 3 City & Guilds for Our Management.
We complete daily monitoring to ensure that:
The premises are kept clean at the start and end of the night.
Our chilled storage equipment is functioning correctly.
All our food is cooked to correct temperatures and checked using a professional stainless steel food temperature probe.
We use separate storage areas for Dough, raw meats and ready to eat foods minimizing risks for any microbial cross-contamination.
