Revival Brothers is a growing real estate investment company that was founded under flipping and rental strategies in California. Their process involved finding vacant, discounted, and distressed assets in good neighborhoods, applying a top-notched renovation and elevating the property value to the highest comp in the neighborhood. It was something right out of an HGTV. Fast forwarding to present day, the competition has made it increasingly difficult to find discounted property, especially in California. This forced the Revival Brothers to change strategies and to become more flexible with their investment portfolio. It also led to the internal development of more analytics, alternative exit strategies, and the development of custom tools all designed to mitigate risk and maximize profits for all.
The Revival Brothers have a strong work ethic and maintain a simple investment philosophy that involves the entire team. They like to call it their “win-win” philosophy”. On any given deal, their main objective is to make sure everyone involved in the project is well taken care of. This fosters stronger, longer-lasting relationships and helps to build a stronger brand where marketing is spread by word of mouth.
In a relatively short period of time, the Revival Brother’s portfolio has grown from its origin of fix and flip investment properties to include, REO, notes, rentals, hard money lending, and seller financing opportunities. Their portfolio has expanded from the West Coast of North America to as far East as Michigan. Currently, 100% of the Revival Brothers investments are held privately through their own capital. Only recently, they have opened the doors to outside investors, targeting both IRA and accredited resources through Joint Venture and equity partnering.
