As a Personal Trainer I always find new ways of making exercise fun for my clients, I feel that if they learn to enjoy exercise they will not only get to their goal but they will continue to maintain a good fitness level in the future and never look back.
I am 100% committed to helping clients make a positive lifestyle change so that they feel happy in themselves and not rely on how they look. I push myself to my own limits to stay in the best physical condition I can to provide a positive role model to the people I train.
I like to focus on running for a sport specific training because it is the sport I personally do. I have 2 half marathons in 2013 and 2 full marathons in 2014 so I feel like I know enough to able to help anyone reach their personal best in running.
