|About||Living history workshops for schools key stages 1-3. Interactive talks, role play and artefact handling, covering Anglo Saxons to the Second World War.|
My name is Robina Hodgson and I am living history practitioner with over 20 years experience as a museum learning manager with the Imperial War Museums, local authorities and English Heritage. History for me is about exploration, investigation, hypothesising and deducing; all with fun and excitement. I aim to inspire and engage children of all ages and abilities leaving them with the desire to discover and learn more.
This expertise has led me to develop a unique, stimulating and inspiring series of workshops, handling sessions and role play to enhance the classroom experience. My years of experience as a teacher instilled in me the necessity to ensure that all learning has achievable objectives. All of my workshops have clearly defined aims and potential learning outcomes.
