Here at Sal deRoca we have a passion for organic waffles, wraps, and sourdough pizzas accompanied by our fresh juices and cocktails. We focus on making the highest quality drinks and food using the best ingredients, freshest produce, and the finest methods.
We make all our sourdough by hand, using the best organic flour.
Using and incredibly long living fermentation process, the gluten is broken down making a beautiful dough that is easy to digest, with a low gluten count.
The ultra thin crispy pizzas are hand stretched and stone baked topped with organic, locally sourced toppings to ensure the freshest and tastiest quality.
