Rose Hope Animal Refuge Never Leaves Any Animal Behind. We try to educate the public on the importance of spaying and neutering their pets. If you are feeding strays or feral cats, you must find a way to spay or neuter. There is a low cost Clinic available called H.O.P.E Clinic (Halt Overpopulation Prevent Euthanasia). Rose Hope Animal Refuge is a small non-profit, no kill animal rescue located in Connecticut who never leaves any animal behind. Rose Hope Animal Refuge is a 501 (c) 3 organization, RUN SOLEY ON VOLUNTEERS. Together we help cats, kittens, dogs, and puppies by providing them with a new chance at life. Our adoption center is located in Waterbury,CT. Please email patbob@reagan.com if you are interested in adopting a cat, kitten, puppy, or dog.
