Ryan started out his Personal Training business at Lifestyle Fitness in Burnley, where he was working in 2014. He worked with clients on an individual basis, helping them with their weight loss, strength and power building, core strength & stability and overall body composition goals.
Ryan has played football as a semi professional, playing with local teams in the north west counties and the Evo Stick. Teams such as Colne, Padiham and North Yorkshire side Silsden.
Current qualifications include Bsc Honours degrees in Health and Personal Training, also exercise and fitness management were he studied in both Blackburn and Burnley. Level 3 Personal Trainer, level 2 gym instructor.
Ryan has a real passion for the health and fitness industry and has always looked to help people from different backgrounds and experiences. Ryan's specialised training skills are Strength & Conditioning, Fat loss, core strength & stability and Muscle building.
When working with me, my aim is to help push to places you've never been before, whilst educating you along the way in leading a fit, strong and healthy lifestyle. Most importantly, giving you RESULTS.
