|About||A welcoming and affirming community of faith in the heart of Cambridge, MA, in Central Square near Harvard University and MIT.|
God is calling St. Peter’s to:
Worship God with gratitude and joy,
Nurture Christians in discipleship,
Minister as a welcoming community, and
Reach out in mission to Cambridge and the wider world.
Summer hours: 10 am Sunday, Holy Eucharist, followed by coffee hour
Saint Peter's is a welcoming and warm community committed to God and one another. We celebrate probing questions without expecting easy answers. We are young and old; married, partnered, or single; straight and LGBT; students and working adults; lifelong parishioners and newcomers to the love of God and the worship of Christ Jesus.
Our worship services are faithful to Scripture and a deep faith tradition that explores the mysteries of our relationship with God and with one other.
We are strongly committed to justice and social ministries. We run a meals program twice a month and sponsor an after-school care program (Afterworks) that helps low-income Cambridge residents stay employed.
