|About||Schofield Farm is a gourmet mushroom provider located in Ford, Virginia about 30 miles southwest of Richmond.|
The farm is run by husband and wife team, Paul and Katie Schofield. Paul is a graduate from VCU with a degree in Biology. Paul used his studies to perfect the methods they use to produce the highest quality of oyster mushrooms.
Although they have yet to receive organic certification, the farm only uses organic materials and uses no chemical additives or sprays on their products.
